Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated for your destination and shown at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel moves; transit time depends on destination and customs.
How do returns work?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we arrange a return or exchange – see Returns & exchanges.
How do I choose a size?
Every product page lists the garment measurements. If you are between sizes, write to us with your measurements and we will advise.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal. You can pay with a card through PayPal without creating an account.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If it has not arrived, email lepingshihualei@outlook.com.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. Before dispatch we can usually change or cancel; after dispatch, use the returns process.
