Astrid Double-Faced Wool Coat

Astrid is an unlined double-faced coat in Italian wool and cashmere, with every raw edge closed by hand. There is no lining and no shoulder pad, so it weighs about as much as a heavy cardigan yet still holds a proper coat line from neck to calf.

Specifications

How to Use

1. Wear it open over knitwear, or closed to the neck on a cold morning
2. Take your usual size — the drop shoulder already leaves room for a sweater
3. Turn the bracelet sleeve back once if you want the wrist free

Care

• Specialist dry clean only, and tell them the coat is unlined double-face
• Brush the cloth and air it after each wear instead of cleaning it too often

Please Note

• Do not press the hand-closed edges or the seam ridge will read through the front
• Do not hang it on a thin wire hanger — unlined wool shoulders peak easily
• Do not store it in a plastic cover; wool needs to breathe
